Chia Pudding for Babies

This chia pudding is nutrient packed and easy to make making it a great meal ro snack for little, growing bodies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup liquid of choice breast milk, formula, cows milk, etc
  • 1 cup fruit if frozen, thawed
  • .25 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine the milk and fruit. Blend if desired, or mash the fruit.

  2. Stir in the chia seeds.

  3. Allow to sit overnight or at least 6 hours.

  4. If desired, blend one more time until smooth.
