4 Ingredient Pepperoni Rolls
These simple pizza rolls are perfect for weeknight! Prep ahead
Preheat Oven to 350. Roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread with about 1/2 cup of sauce, leaving one long edge free of sauce, about 1 inch from the edge.
Top with shredded cheese and toppings - keep in mind not to overload it!
Lightly wet your sauce free edge before carefully rolling up as tightly as possible. Cut into rolls about 2 - 3 inches thick. Place into a greased pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes until golden. Allow to cool about 5 minutes before serving with shredded parmesan and more sauce.
