Ingredients

  • Quesadilla
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa
  • Baby Carrot
  • Salsa or chopped pepper or tomato
  • Shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. While your quesadilla is cooking, make your guac. You can easily use premade guac, but I like to make my own when avocados are ripe.
  2. Spread the guacamole all over the whole quesadilla before cutting your quesadilla into sixths with a sharp knife. Also slice a baby carrot while you're at it.
  3. Gently drip small amounts of salsa over the triangles. You could also use bell peppers cut into mini circles with the end of a drinking draw or pieces of diced tomato. These will become your 'tree ornaments'.
  4. Use cheese shreds as garland and glue you carrot "star" to the top.
