Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • Vanilla stevia (or other sweetener + about 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla) to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk, pumpkin, and pumpkin spice until hot - not boiling - and pour into blender and liquefy until smooth.
  2. Stir in sweetener.
  3. Optional: Strain through cheesecloth. It helps to ensure a very smooth creamer.
  4. Enjoy in your favorite coffee!

Recipe Notes

straining isn't necessary, but it helps to get a smooth consistency.
Do not boil the mixture! We don't want to scald or break up the milk.
I used half and half, but you could use the milk or milk alternative of your choice.
When I don't have stevia, I use maple syrup and vanilla.
