Sugar free frosting is a guilt free way to top your favorite cake. Using Greek yogurt and natural sweeteners, you'll love how creamy and decadent it tastes. Healthy frosting is perfect for smash cakes for littles or just for topping a better-for-you dessert.

  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Whip the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  2. Add in the yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla, beating until fully incorporated and thick.

Recipe Notes

  • Use the thickest yogurt you can find. I use 5% Greek yogurt, but if you can't find it, you'll need to thicken it. Place in a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth, a paper towel, or a dish towel.
  • Any sweetener will do. I like maple syrup or honey, but stevia, agave, or coconut sugar will do as well.
