  • 1 large butternut squash
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 450.
  2. Peel your squash and then cut into sticks.
  3. On a baking sheet, toss with oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, stir, and return for another 10-15 minutes.
