  • 12 oz frozen pineapple (1 small bag)
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • .5-1 cup orange juice (as needed)
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower optional



  1. Add coconut milk and pineapple to blender. Blend until smooth or stuck. 

  2. If needed, add orange juice or other liquid .25 cup at a time until the desired consistency.

Hidden Veggie

  1. Add coconut milk, pineapple, cauliflower, and juice to blender. Blend until smooth, adding more juice if needed. 

Recipe Notes

You can use orange juice, pineapple juice, water, or your desired liquid - coconut water would also work.
