This 4th of July Fruit Dip is the perfect dish to enjoy on a hot summer day. The red white and blue fruit dip takes a creamy, sweet fruit dip and turns it into the perfect patriotic dessert.
Whip cream and granulated sugar until medium thickness. Set aside.
Whip softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in juice.
In thirds, fold the cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Split the finished dip into three bowls. In two, add 5-10 drops of blue or red food coloring before folding in.
Add the 3 colored dips to 3 sides of a gallon sized zip top bag (or a piping bag) keeping separate as much as possible.
Cut a .5-1 inch sized hole in the corner of the bag. Pipe into a small cup for the dip and serve with red white and blue fruits and treats.
