  • .25 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup fruit
  • .25 cup veggies
  • 1-2 tbsp add-ins

Instructions

  1. Blend veggies and liquid until smooth. 

  2. Add in yogurt, fruit, and add-ins. 

  3. Blend until smooth and serve.
