St. Patrick's Day Fruit Salad

A simple and healthy treat, this St. Patrick's Day Fruit Salad is a fun way to celebrate the holiday! Packed with all of your favorite green fruits, you won't need luck for your kiddos to love it!

  • Pears
  • Green apples
  • Green grapes
  • Kiwis
  • Honeydew melon
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1-2 TBS honey or white sugar optional
  • Lemon


  1. Chop up the fruit to your desired size.

  2.  Squeeze lemon on all of your fruit and set aside.

  3. Reduce the orange juice until it's about halved and if using, add honey or sugar. 

  4. Allow to cool completely before adding to fruit. 

Recipe Notes

  • Since I was making this to share with the boys, I cut everything pretty small and halved the grapes but you obviously don't have to go that crazy.
  • Amounts don't truly matter that much - I used the following: 3 apples, 2 pears, 1.5 cups grapes, 4 kiwis, about 1 pound of honeydew. I bought the pre-cut stuff since it was actually cheaper than a whole melon.
  • The sweetener is optional, but if you find your fruit isn't very sweet, I recommend it. Since it's all green fruit, there's a tendency for it to be a bit acidic.
