  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • .5 tsp salt to taste
  • .25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbs finely chopped dill (see notes)


  1. Mix together all ingredients. 

  2. Taste - add more salt if desired.

  3. Serve cold with chips and fresh veggies. The longer this sits, the better it tastes!

*you can also use dried dill weed - go for about 1 tsp.
