Happy Friday, my lovely friends! Who’s excited for the weekend? Have any fun Mother’s Day plans? We’re trying to figure out Alex’s work schedule over the weekend so I have no idea what the plan is, though the important part is I’ll be spending it with my little loves.
I’ve spent a good part of this (blog) week working on backend boring stuff and editorial calendars which is why this week was a bit sparse (though I loved putting together yesterday’s 12 Easy Patriotic Snacks!) but have no fear – some awesome stuff is coming your way! Anyway, let’s get to the week’s fun stuff!
Numero uno: KIMMY SCHMIDT RETURNS. Honestly, the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is probably one of my favorite shows of all time, so the Netflix email saying season 3 is coming on the 19th made my fan-girl squeal a little. I’ve watched the two existing seasons more times than I should admit (it, along with Parks and Rec and Supernatural, is my go-to show to stream and do other things as background noise/entertainment.)
Target clothes. Anyone else feel like Target is killin’ it in the clothing section this season? Dresses are buy one get one 50% and I grabbed this super pretty dress this week. Now if it would just get warm already!! Psst anyone know of any other places to find decently made averagely priced (I’m talking $25 max on a shirt, people.) clothes? I need to know!
This weirdo. Fact: I’m a frazzled mess this week. Alex is working weird hours and we’re potty training and I don’t do well with change, which leaves me inhuman. At least I have cute kids who are as weird as I am to pass the time with.
To be honest, not much has happened this week for me to share – I haven’t even found much to share as a new favorite this week because potty training is no joke. Basically, the above photo has been life lately – cabin fever and little undies.
Okay, so tell me – what is going on in the world not covered in pee and poo? I’m dying over here! Let me know in the comments what your plans are for the weekend!
