When it was time to introduce Ryan to solids, we did a lot of research and fell in love with baby led weaning as a method of easily introducing solid foods. As time progressed, I fell harder and have become passionate about the topic, sharing our experiences with BLW.
I believe that baby led weaning has so many benefits for both babies and their parents. It helps children learn about food, creates healthy relationships with food, brings your child into family meal time, and hones fine motor skills.
