Looking for an easy weeknight dinner? These simple 4-ingredient pepperoni pizza rolls are bound to please even your pickiest eaters!

Is there any other sure-fire win in every mom’s dinner arsenal than pizza? It’s a classic kid favorite and for a good reason. The combination of bread, tomato sauce, and cheese is irresistible to toddlers and adults a like, no matter the form.

When the temperatures start to drop, I happily turn my oven back on and crank up the heat. Fall and Winter find me regularly baking and cooking to warm up the house and our bellies.

After months of either grill cooking or not cooking at all, I’m more than happy to face the sink full of dishes in the name of a hot meal. (even though I’m stuck handwashing since we have no dishwasher!)

One of my favorite things to bake early in the morning is cinnamon rolls. Here, Thanksgiving morning isn’t Thanksgiving morning without a fresh pan of them while watching the parade.

It’s what inspired me to make a fun dinner-time twist on a savory favorite.

Easy pepperoni pizza rolls for easy weeknights

These 4-Ingredient Pepperoni Pizza Rolls couldn’t be easier.

I mean, they literally only have 4 ingredients. Using pizza dough, (homemade or store bought!) cheese, sauce and whatever fillings you prefer, you can have dinner in 30 minutes or less with little effort.

Bonus: it’s super simple to sneak in some veggies by using out hidden veggie tomato sauce!

Pizza Roll Filling Ideas

Even better, this recipe can be easily customized with the fillings you choose. Just make sure when you add your toppings, you don’t overfill the rolls.

Have your kiddos pick out their favorite toppings – you don’t have to stick to pepperoni! Layer it on before rolling the dough up, slicing into rolls and baking until gooey and golden.

How fun! Sometimes regular pizza gets a little old. I bet these would be great as a lunch to pack for the kids, too. Thanks for joining us at the #happynowlinkup!

So… this is really crazy, but I used to hate pizza O_O Now, I love it, and I really like the idea of doing ‘rolls’ in a savory version. We always have cinnamon rolls for Christmas breakfast; maybe we should do cinnamon rolls and these ones? 🙂

They really are! And you could even customize them to certain family members’ tastes – 1/3 plain, 1/3 pepperoni, 1/3 the works or something like that.
