True, spending the time turning strawberries into hearts might not be something you have time for on the day-to-day. But the occasional fun treat is something you should definitely fit into your schedule!

I’m sharing simple patriotic snacks to serve your kiddos when red, white, and blue time comes.

Fun Patriotic Snacks Sure to Wow

a fun 4th of july snack on a blue plate on a wooden table. A graham cracked with whipped cream, strawberries, and blueberries to look like an American Flag
Feel free to use nut butter as the base. Cream cheese would also be a great choice!

My super simple patriotic snack

Time needed: 5 minutes.

How to Make Graham Cracker Flag

  1. Get your base.

Take 2 whole graham cracker sheets and spread softened cream cheese on one and nut butter on another.

  2. Decorate the cream cheese.

On the cream cheese, add 4 blueberries to the top left corner before creating red ‘stripes’ with halved raspberries.

  3. Try one with strawberries!

On the peanut butter cracker, add blueberries the same way before laying down sliced strawberries down. Finish by making white stripes with whipped cream.

Red, White, and Blue Fruits

The easiest way to add some red white and blue to your 4th of July snacks is to add some colorful fruit! Need some inspiration? Here are my favorites.

  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Apples
  • Bananas
  • Pears
  • Jicama
